Our Warranty

At Limi Thomas we take pride in our high quality jewellery making standards. All our jewellery are quality tested at every stage of the manufacturing process. However, be assured that all Limi Thomas jewellery comes with 2 year warranty which covers manufacturer’s defects. 

Please first contact our customer care team via help@limithomas.co.uk and we will get back to you with further instructions. You will need to provide valid proof and date of purchase when making any claims. When the claim is assessed and approved we will endeavour to replace the item, exchange or refund.

We reserve the right to decline warranty claims, returns and exchanges if we find that the claim is unreasonable and we might do so without any explanations. If you have questions, please reach out to our customer care team and we will be happy to try and help you.
